Salary : $21.39-$26.82 / hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee nursing care in a department or shift
Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to care standards
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary
Facilitate communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding care plans
Qualifications :
Valid Alabama or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse license
Experience as a charge nurse or in a leadership role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality care
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
