Overview:
Provide leadership and guidance to the team that creates a positive environment focused on customer service, maximum productivity, and profitability. This is a Part-Time Keyholder position.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Lead and inspire the team by being a positive role model.
- Establish and maintain HMO’s standard of customer service by leading with a “customer comes first” attitude.
- Demonstrates good judgement in decision making based on a mixture of information Knows appropriate channels to find support.
- Proactively seeks personal learning and developmental opportunities.
- Facilitates the sales floor to be covered at all times with a balanced team.
- In absence of member of management, the keyholder is authorized to:
- Open store and process basic deposit functions.
- Provide direction, initiate, and accomplish tasks to ensure store operates productively and efficiently.
- Close the store operationally and process all register closing duties.
- Approval for some discounts at register assigned by manager.
Product Manager
- Direct and implement HMO strategies.
- Promotions
- Directives
- Ensure that markdown directives are implemented accurately and in a timely manner.
- Partner in store’s execution of all merchandise processing and flow to floor. Keep back room organized and efficient.
- Accurately process customer and balance stock transfers.
Drive for results
- Increase theft prevention by maintain all operational standards
- Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and effectiveness while making sure the store is inviting and hospitable.
- Drive HMO brand loyalty by demonstrating sales leadership, coaching, and connecting with the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Current associate must be in good standing.
- Complete successful 90-day trial period.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Collaborative skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the store, including holidays, nights and weekends.
