Job Title: Office Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Loan Officer to manage our office in Fruitland, Idaho. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and collecting on loans, managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, therefore the individual we're in search of must genuinely enjoy working with customers, have outstanding communication skills, & will work well independently.
Individual must understand finance mathematics, have the ability to assess financial worthiness of potential customers, accurately evaluate collateral being presented for loan applications, process repossessions, & be able to operate basic office equipment.
Previous experience exerting Title Loans, Loan Underwriting, Title Loan Management, Repossession Process & Customer Service experience are all a plus!

Responsibilities:
-Provide friendly customer service through each stage of the loan process
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Perform general office duties such as clerical tasks and supply management
-Be a self starter, work well without direct management.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Familiarity with standard office software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of team management principles
