Halff is seeking a self-starter and experienced Aviation Market Sector Leader to drive growth and serve Aviation clients across the firm’s current and future markets. This external facing leader will represent Halff in the marketplace and oversee business development, sales, strategy development, and execution. This role is expected to be the connection between our aviation clients and their upcoming needs. The ideal candidate would bring at least 15 years of experience in the Aviation Market Sector and can be located in any of Halff's physical offices across Texas, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana or Oklahoma.

The Aviation Market Sector Leader guides the firm's strategy, client relationships, and project performance. They ensure coordination between practices and offices, identify key leaders and relationships, and drive business development for sustainable growth. The Market Leader collaborates with Practices and Operations to identify resources, personnel, and growth targets, reporting directly to a Solutions Leader. While primarily focused on clients, they may also act as advisors or P-I-C on specific projects, maintaining a utilization rate of 0% to 10% for strategic growth.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the Aviation Market
