Position Overview
Halff is seeking a CEI Inspector in the Tallahassee region. to act as our company representative on construction sites.
Experience
The ideal candidate will bring 2 years of hands-on experience in construction inspection. One (1) year of bridge and/or roadway construction, preferably.

- CTQP Final Estimates Level 1
- CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 1
- CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level 1
- CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 1
- CTQP Pile Driving Inspection
- CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection - Required for inspection of all drilled shafts including miscellaneous structures such as sign, lighting, and traffic signal structure foundations.
- IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level 1
- FDOT Intermediate MOT
- Nuclear Radiation Safety
- Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors.
- Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
- Receiving general supervision from assisting the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties.
- May be obtained within 6 months from the date of hire provided that the position works under the supervision and direction of a Senior Inspector or Senior Engineer Intern.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
