Part-Time Administrative Assistant - Bentonville, AR!
Halff has an immediate opening for a Part-time Administrative Assistant for our Bentonville, AR office. The Part-time Administrative position will support a team of Civil Engineers and Surveyors. We are looking for candidates with a sense of service, urgency, and the ability and willingness to interact with the team, others in the firm, vendors, and clients in a cordial and productive way.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of administrative background
- Proficient experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to details
- Comfortable/accurate with numerical input
- Demonstrate a drive and initiative with a positive and professional approach
- Must be able to multitask and perform duties in a timely manner as required or assigned
- Knowledge of accounting and invoicing processes for data entry, billing, accounts payable/receivable
- Experience working in an A/E firm is a plus, but not a requirement
Day-today duties include, but are not limited to:
Assist with day-to-day office needs to include:
- printing/binding; scanning; proofing documents
- booking events and setting up meetings
- working with Operations manager to work through office issues (i.e. service requests, coffee service)
- tracking office budgets
- restocking and ordering office supplies
- expense reports
- ordering and setting up arrangements for office events
- provide backup to other admins/receptionists as needed
