Civil Engineer - Project Manager - Land Development - Houston, TX
Halff has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in Land Development for our Houston, TX office. Desired candidate will be directly responsible for projects, work with the team leader in the development of plans, specifications and construction contract documents for commercial and industrial projects. Candidate would act as point of contact for clients, therefore, this position requires strong communication with support staff, clients and governmental agencies. The candidate will be involved in marketing, project reporting, forecasting and client invoicing.
Civil Engineer - Project Manager - Land Development Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed PE in Texas or could be obtained within 6 months
- Experience in commercial or industrial land development is a plus
- 4 - 7 years of Land Development experience
- Ability to work independently and make significant, effective decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- AutoCAD and Microstation
