Bachelor in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Florida Professional Engineer License
- 15 years experience providing Public Works engineering in the Tampa Bay region
- Strong technical, project management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team making significant, effective decisions
- Desire and ability to interface with clients and assist in the preparation and delivery of professional proposals and presentations
- Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation
