Senior Water Resources Professional/Team Leader
Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Professional Civil Engineer to fulfill the role of a Senior Professional specializing in Water Resources in the Florida Panhandle. This is a strategic leadership position to expand our water resources practice in Florida. The ideal candidate will bring experience working with FEMA, FDOT, Water Management Districts, FDEP, and local municipalities.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in managing existing clients, developing new clients, managing a production team, and leading project delivery. In addition, the position requires technical experience and/or familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, water resources planning, and design for private and public stormwater infrastructure.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Water Resources project delivery
- PE license in the State of Florida, or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Technical experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and 2D Modeling software packages (ICPR, SWMM, etc.)
- Proficient in project management, administration, and supervision of technical staff.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Proven business development experience
- Positive attitude, self-directed yet a team player, with a focus on quality, integrity and success.
