We are seeking an experienced educator to join our faculty as an Instructional Lead for Human Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to faculty members teaching Human Services courses.
- Develop and implement curriculum and assessments aligned with student learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional practices and student success.
- Participate in the college's assessment process and contribute to the Quality Enhancement Plan.
The successful candidate will also:
- Recruit, advise, and retain students in the Human Services program.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Participate in College events and activities.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must hold a Master's degree in Human Services or Social Work, or 18 graduate credits in Human Services or a related field.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's in Human Services or MSW, 3-5 years of teaching experience, and hands-on human and social services experience.
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues.
