Senior Financial Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and bank statements.
• Cash Handling: Maintain a safe and secure environment for cash handling, including organizing and securing all files and records, and controlling and securing cash and cash equivalents.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to management and stakeholders.
• Accounting Systems: Manage and maintain accounting systems, including property software, to ensure accurate and efficient financial data entry and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in financial accounting or related field required.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, arithmetic computation, and learning skills required. Proficient in speaking English and communicating clearly and professionally.
