Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Service Advisor Assistants will assist in greeting customers in the service lane and entering necessary appointment information, vehicle complaints into associated software programs
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive service writing
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills. CDK experience a plus.
