PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist attorneys with preparation and filing of a broad range of immigrant and non-immigrant petitions with a large portfolio of PERM (EB-3) cases (I-140 EB-1/2/3, AOS, H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3, O-1, J-1 etc.).
Written and oral communication with clients to gather needed information and documents required for the preparation of petitions and applications.
Enter, update, and maintain data in immigration case management system.
Management of caseload and timely completion of work.
Track and manage critical deadlines.
Attend team meetings and continue educational programs/seminars.
Enter and close time entries in the firm’s time recording system.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Applicant has to have at least 3 years of business immigration experience and strong writing skills.
Strong experience with PERM required; experience with I-140 EB-1, O-1, L-1 petitions preferred.

Paralegal certificate obtained through a paralegal studies program approved by the ABA or from an accredited college or university, preferred.
The salary range for this job posting is $68,000.00 - $85,000.00.
