QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to quickly learn our intricate software system
- Previous experience as a customer service representative would be a plus
We are looking for a self-motivated and friendly individual to take on this administrative role. Being organized with excellent time management skills is essential to the success of our HVAC company.
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time HVAC administrative position works Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM during our regular season. During our peak heating and cooling seasons (summer and winter), you typically work Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Additionally, opportunities for overtime occur during our peak seasons.
