Service Advisor Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle problems
- Provide customers with detailed estimates of repair costs and timeframes
- Schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive service industry preferred
- Knowledge of tire service, shocks struts, brake repair, suspension, auto body repair, diesel engine repair, oil change, transmission, and alignment
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling experience preferred

Pay: $66,278.00 - $72,652.00 per year
