Culligan of Ventura is looking for an outgoing, upbeat team member who is driven to succeed as our new CDL Route Delivery Driver. As a CDL driver with Culligan, you'll be responsible for a daily route with NO OVERNIGHT DELIVERIES! This position does require a Class B license as well as the ability to work some weekends. Culligan has been a trusted household brand for 80 years. Not only are we a stable company, we are growing!

Responsibilities
- Drive a company truck to perform resin exchange deliveries for Culligan customers according to the daily route schedule
- Responsible for delivering product and providing excellent communication and customer service to our customers
- Must be outgoing and fun to help us brand our business by building strong customer relationships with the objective of continuing and renewing business
- Accurately complete all required paper work on a daily basis
Qualifications
- Prior route or delivery experience required with knowledge of DOT regulations
- Requires a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Must be familiar with driver log books and be able to perform Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required to be successful in this role
- Must have excellent driving record to be insurable through our underwriters
- Must be able to lift / push / pull up to 50lbs on a repetitive basis and up to 90 periodically throughout the day
- Required to be a minimum of 21 years of age or older to drive a company vehicle for insurance purposes
- Upon conditional offer candidate will be required to successfully complete DOT and other required pre-employment screenings
- Must be available to work some weekends.
