A prestigious winery in St. Helena is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Porter to ensure the facility is immaculate for guests. This full-time role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization across various areas, creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:
- Clean and sanitize tasting rooms, restrooms, outdoor spaces, kitchens, and other areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpets; remove stains and spots from carpets, walls, doors, and furniture.
- Dust and polish surfaces, including metalwork, to maintain a pristine appearance.

Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure all public and guest areas (suites, foyers, stairwells, walkways) are tidy and presentable.
- Remove trash, replace liners, and maintain cleanliness of all disposal areas.
- Restock bathroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, ensuring they are always available for guests.

Guest Experience:
- Create an inviting, clean, and safe environment for winery guests.
- Respond to immediate cleaning requests or concerns promptly.

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous housekeeping, porter, or similar experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and independently.
