Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Supervision:
- Oversee and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff, providing ongoing support and development.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to maintain high-quality work.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Operational Duties:
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tasting rooms, restrooms, outdoor spaces, kitchens, and other areas when necessary.
- Supervise the replenishment of bathroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Inspect guest and public areas (suites, foyers, stairwells, walkways) to ensure they are tidy and meet quality standards.
- Handle escalated cleaning requests or concerns from guests or staff.

Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure trash is removed, and liners are replaced regularly.
- Oversee the vacuuming of carpets, removal of stains, and dusting and polishing of surfaces, including metalwork.
- Report and follow up on maintenance or safety issues to ensure timely resolution.

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Monitor the proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.

Inventory Management:
- Take regular inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Place orders for cleaning and maintenance supplies to prevent shortages.

- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
