Responsibilities :
Reconcile part delivery count
Check in parts order
Retrieve counter tickets for wholesale customers
Retrieve paperwork from other dealership locations
Deliver parts to customers
Return parts for credit
Assist on parts counter as needed
Place stock parts in bins
Assign bins and create labels
Assist with returns
Ship packages as needed
Recycle cardboard as needed
Dispose of pallets and crates
Empty trash as needed
Sweep, vacuum, mop and dust as needed
Perform bin checks as time permits
Help keep parts deivery truck maintenance up to date, fuled and washed as needed
Builds productive working relationships; consults with others as necessary.
Prioritizes work to ensure all deadlines are met.
Uses computer and other record keeping systems to manage information.
Maintains an organized and professional environment.
Provides technical information and assistance to employees as needed.
Follows up on back-ordered parts.
Keeps rear counter areas clean and uncluttered.
Participates in all training programs that are made available.
Maintains professional appearance
Qualifications :
Prefer previous experience in sales and parts. Preference may be given for an understanding of the automotive field.
Must have valid drivers license and good driving record.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have interpersonal skills and strong organization skills
Must be able to withstand the stresses and demands of an active position.
