Hourly Pay- $19.52
This is a fast-paced, in-office, position coordinating the transportation of railroad personnel.
Shifts – 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities
- Ability to maintain composure and provide customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
- Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner
- Escalate issues to customer or field operations when needed
- Ensure accuracy of trips taken and provide assistance as needed
- Update systems timely and accurately
- Professionally coordinate with all Field Management
- All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
To perform this position successfully, attendance is critical. There’s no time like the present, and no substitute for being present.
- Good typing and 10-key skills
- Good phone customer service skills
- Able to work In-Office
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months dispatching or customer service experience preferred
Salary : $20
