This role is made for an experienced Generator Service Technician who excels at servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Residential Generators including Generac and Kohler systems and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while upholding high standards of quality workmanship. - Customer-Centric Approach : As a Service Electrician, be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Haller, establishing strong customer relationships and resolving electrical issues. Utilize your expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems by our company standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Independent Service : Work with minimal supervision to service and repair electrical equipment in customers' homes. Offer honest opinions based on facts, empowering customers to make informed decisions.
- Mentorship : Share your knowledge and help guide other Electricians on your team.
