About the Role
Our Senior Lead HVAC Installer must have 10-15 years' experience and plays a pivotal role within our team. As a key member of our Residential Install division, we are seeking an individual who possesses considerable experience in Residential HVAC Installs, Leading a Team of Residential Installers, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while upholding the highest standards of quality work. What You Will Do :
- Be an experienced, diligent, knowledgeable, Installation Technician who installs Residential HVAC systems with accuracy and diligence, knowing the importance of doing a project correctly the first time.
- Manage the day-to-day leadership of the Residential Install Technicians
- Work in a more intimate setting. We have a wide range of Residential customers which gives you the chance to show us what you know about all sorts of equipment including Heat Pumps, Gas and Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units, and everything in between.
- Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
- Provide guidance and share the knowledge you spent your career learning with HVAC helpers who are just getting started in the trade.
- Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
