Concessions Position Summary:
The Concessions Position will be responsible for set-up and breakdown of concession inventory and selling to patrons pre/mid/after movies. Primary functions include customer service, selling/upselling food, drinks, and handling inventory and money.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Preparing concession stands with inventory to be sold to patrons.
· Maintaining a clean concession area.
· Serving concession to patrons including beverages and prepared food items.
· Selling merchandise.
· Accurate and responsible handling and reporting of all sales.
· Friendly and consistent promotion of all Hallett Cinemas promotion items and combos.
· Provide support as needed.
· Typical shift includes 4-8 hours.

· Ability to provide excellent guest service while working in a very fast-paced environment.
· Ringing up preparing and serving food and/or beverages, to customers in a very fast-paced environment.
· Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments, handling cash, debit, and credit cards.
· Replenish condiments, napkins, and straws at serving stations.
· Prepare food such as popcorn, hot dogs, and fountain sodas, using standard formulas or following proper procedures.
· Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines; and accept payment and make change.
· Scrub and clean counters, tables, and other equipment, clean dishes and fountain equipment, and sweeping and mopping floors.
· Inventory control: Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders as necessary.
· Stock and restock items as necessary.
· Ensure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations.
· Other tasks as assigned by a manager.

Usher Position Summary:
The Hallett Cinemas Theater Usher is the front-line host for the Theater. The Usher ensures that our visitors are treated as welcome guests, given whatever assistance they need, and provided a clean, inviting environment. The Usher is responsible for the overall guest experience in the Theater including safety, greeting, direction, escort, ticket taking, and clean-up.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
· Verify and tear tickets.
· Assist guests to theater auditorium.
· Responsible for assisting guests with finding the auditoriums and restrooms.
· Responsible for cleaning the theater between all shows and continuously monitoring the cleanliness of the theater, inside and out.
· Ability to interact with public and resolve basic guest questions and needs.
· Make sure all areas of the Hallett Cinemas meet company quality standards.
· Cleaning of parking lot and surrounding areas
· Visually sweeping the theaters to check for potential safety issues and lost and found items.
· Typical shift includes 4-8 hours.
