Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Probate Paralegal to join our growing, dynamic legal team. Duties
- Information collection, review and preparation of probate filings from initial applications to final account.
- Draft estate planning documents.
- Manage case files and documentation through effective document management systems.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
- Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in law or paralegal studies, with experience in probate and estate planning.
- Proficiency in Lawmatics or similar legal management software.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Familiarity with e-filing processes in Ohio probate courts.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20,880.00 - $34,800.00 per year
