- Under direct supervision, builds customer satisfaction by providing service and on-site support for the application of Athlon downstream products.
- Safely collects and performs testing and analyses on hydrocarbon and water samples and enters analysis data into the appropriate software platform.
- Ensures that chemical deliveries and the movements of chemicals throughout customer facilities are executed safely and responsibly.
- Maintains and services chemical feed systems in a customer facility.
- Records accurate chemical usage rates and inventories.
- Develops a working knowledge of downstream utility and hydrocarbon processes.
Requirements
- Requires completion of a high school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in downstream refinery, chemical, or NH3/fertilizer facilities is preferred but not required.
- Requires the ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) for entry into downstream chemical facilities.
