Job Duties and Qualifications
- Under broad direction, researches and proposes solutions to improve asset reliability, maintainability and availability based on previous equipment root cause analysis and maintenance process analysis.
- Develops and maintains direct relationships with PSL coordination.
- Interprets predictive maintenance reports, analyze results and makes decisions for equipment interventions.
- Provides technical support and justification to maintenance team to intervene before equipment failure occurs.
- Leads initiatives for improvements and new designs on equipment / assembly repair process to improve lifecycle cost.
- Develops business cases and presents to upper management for approval, including high level overview of solution to explain benefits.
- Assignments require sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained professional.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Mentors and guides Associate Technical Professionals and Technical Professionals.
