Job Duties
Job Duties:
- Under broad direction, oversees day-to-day operations of an Artificial Lift shop and ensures safety and appropriate processes and procedures are performed.
- Trains and develops shop technicians.
- Develops and maintains team environment with the group through the planning and coordinating of group activities.
- Assigns work to shop technicians and monitors results.
- Maintains up-to-date technology in shop.
- Provides inventory oversight of equipment and trucks.
- Supports short- and long-term goals of the shop, consistent with operations management and the company.
- Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
- Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of experience working in a related operations capacity.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel etc) highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
