Job Duties and Qualifications
Job Description
Work with the Senior Tax Manager in reviewing, implementing, and coordinating Halliburton’s Pillar 2 and APB23 positions.
Collaborate with local tax, finance, and legal teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Halliburton’s tax structure and the impact of ongoing global tax reforms.
Ensure compliance with Pillar 2 and APB23 requirements and calculate the impact of such positions on a quarterly basis.
Prepare various Pillar 2 disclosures in line with global standards.
Review and implement internal controls related to Halliburton’s Pillar 2 and APB23 positions.
Requirements
Requires an undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field and 5 years related experience and / or equivalent combination of education and competency.
CPA preferred.
Excellent personal communications skills and ability to work in team environment a must.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and / or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from Tax Specialist to Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager.
