About the role
As the second Business Operations hire at Halliday, you'll join a close-knit, high-impact team with significant autonomy and influence over the company's direction. This role provides a unique opportunity to work hands-on with engineering teams, analyze technical documentation, and support leadership within the fast-paced blockchain industry. You'll gain invaluable experience while also benefiting from mentorship from your manager and the broader Business team.
What you'll be doing
- Market Analysis : Research market trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and assess industry dynamics to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
- Operational Optimization : Develop, implement, and refine operational processes, systems, and metrics to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and successful execution of initiatives.
- Strategic Projects : Lead special initiatives and projects designed to improve business performance and drive innovation.
- Leadership Support : Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership to support key business initiatives and investment decisions.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. This reflects the minimum and maximum range in New York City. This does not include equity or benefits.
