Warehouse Associate

### Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to materials handling and warehouse management. This is a physically demanding role that requires light lifting and operating and pallet jacks. ### Responsibilities:

- Load and unload materials from trucks or containers
- Move materials within the warehouse using rolling step stairs and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse management systems (AS400) to track inventory and manage orders
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of materials
- Assist in the shipping of materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

### Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not necessary
- Ability to lift 2-25 lbs objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency in operating rolling stairs and pallet jacks
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems Quickbooks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
