Reporting : Senior Vice President – Sales
Drive New Logo Acquisition:
Own and exceed revenue targets through aggressive hunting and closing of new business deals.
Develop and execute a structured Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences accounts.
Identify and target high-value accounts, leveraging industry insights and market intelligence.
End-to-End Sales Leadership:
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation, opportunity qualification, and solution positioning to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
Leverage Client’s unique value proposition in Digital Engineering, AI-led
Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and CX services to build compelling client solutions.
Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Market Strategy & Execution:
Provide industry-specific insights and consultative sales expertise to drive tailored solutions for clients.
Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to refine Client’s sales approach.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals and presentations.
Pipeline & Revenue Acceleration:
Build and maintain a robust, high-quality sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry connections.
Leverage partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem players to accelerate market penetration and deal conversions.
Drive customer expansion opportunities post-initial engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Brand Positioning:
Represent client at industry forums, conferences, and analyst/advisory meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Provide market intelligence to leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.
Desired Skills:
Proven Sales Hunter: 10 years of experience in IT / Digital Services Sales with a focus on Financial Services and/or Health & Life Sciences accounts.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of industry challenges, technology trends, and buying behavior in Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences.
Consultative Sales Acumen: Experience selling high-value, complex digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients.
C-Level Engagement: Strong track record of negotiating and closing deals with CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Digital Transformation Leaders.
Pipeline Mastery: Ability to generate leads, drive opportunities, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
Strategic Thinker & Doer: Skilled in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for new business acquisition.
Negotiation & Contracting Skills: Expertise in structuring deals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
