Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reconciliation Specialist with proven experience in financial reconciliations, preferably within banking or financial services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reconciliation processes and tools, and ideally hold a Recon Specialist designation.
Location- Remote but candidate should be Based out of Atanta,GA or Columbus, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of financial transactions across systems and accounts
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with internal teams and financial institutions to investigate and reconcile unmatched transactions
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
- Support audits and regulatory compliance activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in reconciliation processes, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with reconciliation tools and systems
- Recon Specialist designation is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global financial clients
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and reporting practices
