• Mostly remote-25%travel to Minneapolis

Summary:

The Client is looking for an SAP FSM Developer for a 1 year contract/25% Travel to Minneapolis to join our enterprise applications team. Candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support, optimize, and enhance our SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solution. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, designing FSM workflows, supporting integrations with ERP (such as SAP S/4HANA), and ensuring end-to-end alignment of field operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP FSM.
• Configure and maintain SAP FSM modules including mobile workforce, planning & dispatching, customer self-service, and analytics.
• Collaborate with field service teams and IT stakeholders to improve processes, data accuracy, and system usability.
• Integrate SAP FSM with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC), CRM platforms, and third-party tools (e.g., GIS, IoT).
• Lead and support UAT, training, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
• Create process documentation, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with enterprise IT and security standards.
• Stay updated on SAP FSM releases and recommend improvements or new features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of field service business processes and FSM capabilities.
• Experience with SAP integrations (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, CPI, etc.).
• Proficiency in functional design and system configuration in FSM.
