Implement and adhere to modern coding standards, ensuring clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Optimize application performance, focusing on scalability and responsiveness.
Integrate with APIs and microservices to deliver end-to-end solutions in digital banking platforms.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and digital banking innovations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of experience in UI development with expertise in React.js.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous data handling.
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Proficiency with build tools and modern development workflows (Webpack, npm, etc.).
Experience in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with Azure App Services and Azure DevOps pipelines.
Proven experience in digital banking projects, including designing interfaces for secure transactions and customer account management.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
