The Director of Nursing is a key member of the River Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient-centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care. The DON participates in the facility's strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives. The DON will also be required to manage, train, and motivationally support the nursing staff. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience within Nursing Home environments, demonstrate nursing leadership, possess a strong ability to work with and develop teams, and have an in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and protocols.
