We are seeking a talented and passionate Lead UX Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our products from the ground up. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Your expertise in user research will guide our design decisions, helping us understand and meet the needs of our users effectively. You will conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and analyze data to inform your design process. This position not only requires a keen eye for detail but also a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
You will be responsible for creating user journeys, personas, and wireframes that exemplify our commitment to quality and user satisfaction. Responsibilities Include
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights
- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to inform design strategies
- Analyze user data and feedback to iterate on existing designs and enhance user satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and research
- Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process

Base salary range : $130k-180k based on experience plus bonus eligibility
