Responsibilities:
- Live Hallmark Homes' vision, values, and beliefs every day.
- Provide a positive and elevated experience for Hallmark Homes clientele through product expertise and outstanding customer service.
- Qualify and educate potential clients on the services and systems offered by Hallmark Homes.
- Manage all phases of the client experience, from initial contact through the construction process.
- Represent the Hallmark Homes brand through effective communication, professionalism, and a polished personal appearance.
- Support the visual and quality standards of the model home environment.

- Experience: New construction sales experience in a subdivision setting is required.

- Schedule: Four days per week working in our model home in Whitestown, IN, with remote work expectations between model hours. Weekend availability required.

- Realistic Pay Estimate: $100,000-$150,000 annually based on performance and commissions.
