WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

Crown Financial Services (CFS) provides financial shared services to Hallmark and its subsidiaries, all of whom are our internal customers. Services include Accounts Payable, Business Expense, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Credit. CFS provides exposure to a variety of businesses, domestic and international, and their specific accounting issues. Accuracy, reliability, problem solving, process improvements and efficiencies, and a focus on customer service are critical to our success. The Accounts Payable team consists of four full-time employees with internal and external customers.

As a CFS Representative, your daily responsibilities include:

• Processing accounts payable transactions in SAP ECC related to payments, invoices & credits
• Researching and resolving returned payments, vendor payment issues and vendor balances owed to Hallmark.
• Researching and answering internal and external customer questions with a customer service focus.
• Completing ad hoc requests to support project initiatives and statutory audits.
• Identifying efficiencies where possible and maintaining accurate desk procedures for all daily tasks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

The following is required to be considered for this role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
• 2 years of experience using SAP ECC

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two or more years of Accounts Payable work experience
• Experience working in a shared services environment
• Strong customer service and communications skills

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
• This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from our recently renovated headquarters building in Kansas City, MO, and from your residence within the KC metro area.
