WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The Digital Group Product Manager- Consumer Data is dynamic role that will be responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end product vision for multiple tightly coupled product teams. This person will lead an agile product team and have responsibility for the development and coaching of Product Managers and Owners. They collaborate cross-functionally to evangelize product vision, align roadmaps with priorities, and influence cross-functionally. The Group Product Manager is proven Product Manager who is ready for more leadership responsibility. This person will evaluate opportunities and determine what gets built and delivered to customers. They will deliver best-in-class products that drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have deep analytical skills with a proven record of leading complex projects with multiple business partners. They should have strong business acumen and communication skills to manage relationships and present regularly to all levels of the Hallmark organization. They will have leadership skills and exhibit emotional intelligence as they mentor team members and lead technical projects under tight budgets and timelines. This role requires deep expertise in consumer data, large-scale data architectures, governance, and analytics enablement.
In this role, you will:
- Gain deep knowledge of the Hallmark customer. Analyze consumer research and site behavior data to know her pain points, desires and how she makes buying decisions.
- Leverage data to drive product decisions and priority. Gather and analyze data to define KPIs, drive requirements, build business cases and measure product performance.
- Develop and maintain a long and short-term product roadmap that is prioritized by Consumer value.
- Manage delivery expectations with extended team. Works cross-functionally to identify dependencies and opportunities for efficiencies.
- Mentor and coach direct reports and agile development team.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies.
- Oversee Enterprise Consumer Data Strategy: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of enterprise-wide Consumer Data initiatives, ensuring scalability, governance, and alignment with business objectives. Drive data architecture decisions and oversee key platforms such as Consumer Profiles, Data Ingestion Pipelines, and Governance Frameworks.
- Oversee Consumer Profile & Data Integrity: Ensure the enhancement and accuracy of the Consumer Profile by overseeing identity resolution, ingestion of new data sources, and high-quality data unification. Implement data validation, deduplication, and lineage tracking to maintain a trusted, single source of truth.
- Oversee Data Governance & Privacy Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, privacy frameworks, and security protocols to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and evolving regulations. Partner with Legal and Security teams to drive privacy-by-design and risk mitigation strategies across all consumer data initiatives.
- Oversee Data Activation & Accessibility: Lead the development and execution of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and self-serve data access tools, enabling marketing, analytics, and executive teams to make real-time, data-driven decisions while ensuring data security and compliance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years professional work experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sr Product Manager or Group Product Manager
- At least 5 years of experience in a data product management role
- Experience as a people leader
- Experience working with Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- The salary range for this job is between $125,000 and $160,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.

Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
