Responsibilities:
- Create remarkable experiences for your colleagues and guests
- Oversee daily operations of the Cannon Beach Resort, Pacific Suites and the unique outlets at each location
- Lead employees and maximize performance and dedication through effective coaching and training
- Provide operational oversight of property budget
- Develop and evaluate performance of short and long-range financial objectives through effective planning and analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and the community to create effective and beneficial relationships
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of all department managers and supervisors. Execute marketing, sales, and operational activities
- Ensure good safety practices of employees and guests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or higher; five years full-service hotel experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching performance on an ongoing daily basis; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Advanced basic computer job skills including a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required Experience with WebRezPro PMS (WRP) preferred
- Excellent time management, scheduling, managerial, and organizational skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure necessary

Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
