Job Description: Servers provide exceptional dining experiences by welcoming guests, taking orders efficiently, and serving food and beverages with professionalism. Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, they ensure clear communication with the kitchen to deliver well-presented meals and outstanding service.
Job Duties:
· Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests
· Provide friendly, efficient and personalized customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
· Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients and beverage pairings, making recommendations as needed
· Prepares checks and collects payments from tables
· Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
· Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations.
· Work as part of a team to support daily operations, including opening and closing duties, restocking supplies and assisting coworkers when needed
· Maintain reliable, predictable, and punctual attendance
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year related experience
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Food Handler’s Card and OLCC alcohol server license will be required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
