- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Implement best practices in medical office management if applicable, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in schedule management to optimize productivity across departments.
- Develop organizational systems that enhance office efficiency.
