Job description
Currently seeking a part-time (20 hours per week), Property Manager for a small apartment complex. The qualified candidate will need to have some experience in property management or management role. All qualified applicants will be contacted for interviews.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Execute lease/contracts with tenants in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Oversee properties’ personnel
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients
Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and Yardi Voyager software
- Customer focus
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
