Duties
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
- Oversee clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Coordinate vendor management activities to maintain productive relationships with service providers.
- Assist in human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting purposes.
- Manage calendars for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Maintain phone etiquette by answering calls professionally and directing inquiries appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical office management or similar administrative roles.
- Strong front desk experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in clerical duties with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with vendor management practices and human resources processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with budgeting and financial management is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong calendar management skills to effectively organize schedules.
