Job Description
Day-to-Day Engagement: As a Retail Merchandiser Floater, you will be responsible for maintaining the Hallmark product display at assigned stores. This includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory levels using a mobile device provided by Hallmark. You will also interact with store employees, management, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Holiday Support: During peak holiday seasons, you may be required to work extended hours or days, including weekends and holidays. Your ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities is essential in this role.
Department Resets: On occasion, you may be part of a team responsible for installing and resetting Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and maintaining inventory levels. These tasks may require evening or weekend work, and you will be notified in advance whenever possible.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You should also be able to read, write, and understand English, and have access to reliable transportation.
