Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Pike Road, AL. As a key member of our field organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing product displays, restocking inventory, and interacting with store employees and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform service work in various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and optimize product displays within assigned stores.
- Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, utilizing mobile technology provided by Hallmark.
- Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with store teams to discuss merchandising strategies and provide training as needed.

Work Schedule and Availability:

Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You must be able to consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Requirements:

- You're able to read, write, and understand English.
