Job Overview
As a Retail Installation Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to work independently or with a team to showcase your organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible for removing product, dismantling fixtures, and rebuilding them in a new location. This may involve working with a small reset limited to a 4ft fixture or up to a total department reset.
The Installation merchandiser position consists of three major components:
As a Retail Installation Merchandiser, you will have the opportunity to work independently or with a team to showcase your organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible for removing product, dismantling fixtures, and rebuilding them in a new location. This may involve working with a small reset limited to a 4ft fixture or up to a total department reset.
The Installation merchandiser position consists of three major components:
- Reset day engagement: As part of the installation team, you are responsible for assigned reset activities for accounts, which could include assembling fixtures and product merchandising. You will use a mobile device provided by Hallmark to scan and restock, organize, and set Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
- Holiday support: Hallmark's operations revolve around seasonal demand. Leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you may be required to work additional days and extended hours during the work week.
- One Team Vision: As a field organization, although you are assigned to specific responsibilities, there may be additional work and other service efforts that you will be asked and required to support.
