Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, the Treatment Team Specialist is responsible for coordinating all multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings with responsibility for scheduling, coordinating, reviewing, finalizing, and distributing all treatment plans.
This position will require a high level of organization and communication between internal and external groups for timely completion, scheduling, attendance, and tracking the treatment plan process for compliance, authorization. and recertification for resident care.
Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a Residential Treatment Setting or social services setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
