The Opportunity
We are looking for an entry level Supply Chain Administrato r to support our Supply Chain Department at Stow, OH . This is a hybrid role which currently requires the employee to work from the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. During training period on-site requirement is Monday through Friday.
Position Responsibilities include :
- KPI monitoring and reporting for the Industrial Supply Chain Team
- MRO PO’s – including ordering office supplies, warehouse supplies, processing POs for services, etc.
- Administrative duties for the Stow Safety Committee as needed
- Sample order management
- Back up for Customer Service, Customer Master Data, and Logistics as needed
- General customer inquiries
- COA request
- SDS request
- Technical Data request
- Project work as needed
- Master Data work when we migrate to new SAP system
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and the Material Planner with the Warehouse Capacity project with reports as needed
- Freight / logistics reporting
