Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders in our ERP system, providing unit price, availability, and additional information as needed.
- Establish new accounts with complete account profiles and interact with internal and external logistics resources to coordinate transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate after-sales support for customers, prepare invoices, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, provide product and technical information, and refer customers to qualified personnel as needed.
- Evaluate opportunities for process improvements that positively impact the customer experience and support sales force activities through effective communication and partnership.
